Lost or Damaged Packages

Blue Lotus Oil is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@wholesalebotanics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
